This is a blend for all the ladies out there, and you old chaps too.

Caffeine free herbal tea. Use 1 teaspoon loose tea in tea ball for 8oz of hot water. Steep 5+ minutes or to taste. 1 baggie makes 8 cups, half pint makes 40 cups and a full pint makes 80+ cups.
