Again we were included in a local publication, this time we were featured in the 5280 magazine as one of Colorado’s businesses operating under the cottage food act. The act makes it possible to produce non-potentially hazardous food products in a home kitchen. We produce a large line of Herb and Tea blends as well as sell our farm fresh eggs to our local Colorado folk under the new rules.
